Let Joy be Your Compass!!!!!

This is always an interesting time of year. Saying good-bye to last year, and moving into a new year. Humans seem to be forever hopeful for something better. You make resolutions to kick start yourself into positive movement. Often those resolutions go to the wayside, or are just unrealistic, but you keep making them anyway. Maybe, just maybe, this year will be better!  I have had an increase in teaching this year, whether one on one in a reading, or in my classes. More of you have hit the higher frequency and are ready for change, or even desperate for change. For many of you that means being backed into a corner, feeling helpless, hopeless, or at the end of your proverbial rope. That all warms the cockles of my heart because my main job is not to predict your future, but to empower you to create what you want.  By the time you get to me, you know what you don’t want, because you’re in it, but have no clue what you do want or how to get it. Welcome to Earth,Spiritual Being, these times they are a changing…..and you need to get on that Joy train. News flash friends, in order for your life to change, you must change it!!

I have 3 teachings to give to you today and for me, the frustrating part is, you have heard it all before and didn’t follow through. So once again I will explain how the Universe works, not from religion or politics, or what society sees as right or wrong, but from a place of empowerment. Maybe now, in this higher 2018 frequency, you have had enough of settling for mediocre. Maybe now, finally, you are ready to come out of the closet and be the powerful spiritual being you were meant to be, maybe. Perhaps you have a restlessness that can no longer be contained by drugs, alcohol, sex, anger, and your soul is screaming, ‘there must be more to life than this!’ and the Universe answers ‘YES!” The Universe always answers, yes……..but you must quit seeing your world through the eyes of EGO……….
Number 1, EVERYTHING IS ENERGY, WHAT YOU SEND OUT IS WHAT YOU GET BACK.It’s like a boomerang, send out negativity, and the Universe can only send you more negativity. You hate, more hate will come to you. If you believe life sucks, you are correct, your life will suck. Negativity is a low frequency, like low self-esteem, and the higher frequency on the planet keeps beating against you by putting in front of your face what you need to deal with. Which is exhausting, but the lessons will not go away until you learn what you need to know about yourself. I have been there, done that, and I will never go back. My thoughts and speech were negative, always whining, moaning, groaning and complaining. Ugh, life was such a struggle. Then one day I read a book about energy. I wish I could share this life changing book with you, however, I have forgotten the name of it. Let’s suffice to say, it gave me my personal ‘aha’ moment. What you send out, is what you get back, and all my negative thoughts and speech were creating my world. I was responsible. So I decided to go to my job in corporate America, and stop the flow of all negativity. As soon as I got a negative thought, I would catch myself and replace it with something positive. As soon as I started to speak negatively, I would change my words. Two things happened, one; it put me in present moment (which is your point of power) and two, I realized how much energy I had invested in hating my life and hating everything else. No wonder my life sucked. I must have stopped myself a hundred times that day from saying or thinking sucky thoughts and speech. The next day it was a little easier, and easier still the next, till I let go completely. Make no mistake Human, this is no easy task, it takes effort to get out of ego and into the spirit of love. Yes, effort, lots and lots of effort, and for many of you it’s just too much work. So you remain in your self-loathing, which manifests your hatred of others and you blame others for you miserable life. However, your miserable life is just that, yours and you are responsible.
Number 2,  YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT.The corporations would have you believe that their chemicals are as good as real food. That it is okay to consume dyes and preservatives, including polypropylene glycol, which is antifreeze, and glyphosate, which is Round-up weed killer, and causes cancer. Like so many other things created to fool you, and make corporations rich, these horrible ingredients are in your food and are your food.  The longer the shelf life, the more junk is in it. Then there is the massive consumption of sugar, which is also in everything and it’s in everything for a reason, it’s addictive.  You always want more. Don’t forget that 44 oz Thirst Buster for breakfast. Those of you with your huge bellies, red noses and inflammation coursing through your body, on all your medications, keeping big pharma in profits, that laugh at me with my cart full of organic fruits and veggies, I say you are killing yourselves slowly. What you do not understand is, your body is a natural environmental terrain made to eat real, natural foods and no chemical can ever be as good. More of you are conscious of the natural environmental terrain of your fish tank than you are of your own bodies. Not only does what you eat affect your physical body but also you emotional body. Most of the chemicals and sugars in food work on the neuro-transmitters in the brain causing depression and physical tiredness and inflammation. Great things would happen for you if you took care of yourself as well as you take care of your car or your fish tank. This whole thing takes you back to self-loathing. If you love yourself you will feed yourself well, which would bring you glowing health and youthfulness. Check out my photos on FB, I’m 63 and have not been to a doctor in over 27 yrs. So,whose laughing now??
Number 3, FOLLOW YOUR INTUITION.Each one of you has a built in Geiger counter that used correctly, will lead you to your hearts desire. When you make a decision, do you ask yourself, ‘how do I feel’. Does the decision make you smile, or are you doing something grudgingly. Does hating someone solve your problems?? Does being unkind, bring you joy?? I really do not get it. You have a direct connection to Source in your heart center, guidance is assured.This is your superpower!  Instead of following your own intuition, you listen to religions, preachers, politicians, parents, teachers……anyone who seems to know more than you. Most of you will get a good feeling about something and if it goes against the grain of all those teachings, you never follow through. These are the same teachings that say you are less than, and need to be saved. The same teachings that say you should hate certain people. The same teachings that condemn you for even thinking of stepping out of the box. And all these preachers and politicians want your adoration and of course, your money. Come on, you know its not supposed to be like that. You are connected to the most powerful energy in the Universe, guidance is always there. The ego would prefer you be a follower, obey the rules, play it safe. So what if you hate your job, it’s a job, right! You can’t have your own business. What if……….you fail………ahhhhh, but what if you succeed!!!!  Some words of wisdom for making decisions, first, always ask Angels, God, Source to take away your fear. Then ask for clarity on the situation. You know when you get a ‘yes’, it feels gooooood, brings a smile to your face. If it’s a ‘no’, the solar plexus gets knotted up, it just feels yucky. But when you feel nothing, do nothing. Doing nothing is a thing, and it just means, sit tight the answer will come to you. It really is that simple.
It would be a bummer for the’ powers that be’, if each person allowed themselves to be powerful, as you were born to be. The ‘powers that be’ would have no one to believe their lies, no one to idolize them, all those donations would dry up. Well, maybe not everyone will find their way, but many of you would and can. The affirmation above is very powerful. If said from the heart center, it will open many doors to good things you would never have expected. Once you give intent for love, joy, peace, which are the gifts of Spirit; then the physical manifestation will occur for prosperity and health. Which brings perfect divine self expression because you understand fear and worry are no longer necessary. But you must overcome your negativity, love yourself enough to take care of yourself and listen to your inner guidance. If not now, when? Your are responsible for your lot in life, you can hate anyone or blame anyone but it won’t change a thing…….But if you change your thoughts to love, now, you’re on the right track.

See Only Peace, You Hold the Power!

Most recently my handsome husband and I took our vacation to Mexico. We go every year to Puerto Vallarta. When we first started going we did the resort thing and made our way to a timeshare. I figured out that the timeshare experience was for those who were skeptical of other cultures and needed the protected, white bread experience. A gated community that has everything you need and you would not have to venture out into the world of the ‘other’. Sometimes on the beach ‘the others’ try to sell their wares but even there on the beach, was a line they could not cross to get to you. For many years I felt great about this and enjoyed our very protected, very secured controlled environment. Then, the more we wandered out and became comfortable with the people and culture, the more bored I got with the gated community experience. So we decided to give up the controlled environment and stay in old town, affectionately called “The Romantic Zone”. Restaurants, cafes, boutique hotels, cobblestone streets with broken cracked concrete sidewalks. Driving is for the strong of heart only, so we walked everywhere and it’s all up and down hills. Our boutique experience this year was about a half a block from the beach, all up hill to the hotel. Once at the hotel, which was very rustic, it was 52 steps up to our floor, no elevator. As rustic as it was all our needs were met, comfortable bed, air conditioning and a view of the city below and the ocean in the distance. We were immersed in the culture. It was wonderful. Every morning we’d get up have our coffee on the patio and then get ready to walk to the gym, The Fit Club, which was a little over a mile all along the boardwalk by the ocean. It was invigorating. When our workout was finished we would walk through town and try some different cafes for breakfast.

There are some unique things I noticed in Puerto Vallarta. The gym had many older people, yes, even older than me. The Americans come down here to retire and live near the ocean less expensively than in the states. Now, evidently, they have decided it’s time to work out that old body. I suppose if you live in this area, you do need to be in shape, because as you may have gathered, you must walk everywhere. It’s just easier than driving and cheaper than a cab, and just more fun. Or maybe at this time in their lives they finally have the time to take care of themselves. Whatever the reason or motivation, men and women whose skin was sagging with no muscle tone were working out with a trainer. It was fun to see the joy on some of those faces as they accomplished their task.

The gym was also comprised of many male muscled bodies. You see, Puerto Vallarta has become the place for the Gay Community to vacation. Everywhere  gay, lesbian, trans,cross dressers were walking around holding hands laughing and from the energy I felt, feeling free. These people were welcomed, invited, and cherished. There is a magazine in each hotel room just for gays. Where to shop, eat and of course where the best entertainment was. It really was a wealth of information with a comprehensive map and a very studly picture on the cover. Whether we were walking around or at the beach relaxing, the energy of freedom was there. It screamed, ‘Be Yourself, no one here is judging you’. Men and women, with very large bodies in very small swimsuits. Those who had the hard muscled bodies were in even smaller swimsuits. I envisioned the people coming here and finally getting to be who they really are. How wonderful that feeling must be. Then, once the vacation was over putting on the suit and heading back to work, perhaps hiding the truth about themselves.

What You Think of Me is None of My Business…

Recently I was getting my nails done, my usual 3 week appointment. I have been going to the same person for years, she knows me well. We sit and talk for at least an hour and half. It takes so long because I am usually her last client and she likes to relax and talk with me. This particular visit, she shared with me that another client had seen me in the grocery store, and mentioned to her ‘that I looked like a slut from the way I was dressed’.  I laughed. Because I don’t get out much (I work from home in my sweats, robe and Ugg slippers), I knew exactly what I was wearing the last time I went grocery shopping. I thought ‘how funny’, because that same day that someone thought I looked like a slut, someone else came up to me and declared, with glee, how beautiful I looked and how they loved my outfit, including the matching shoes. My nail lady was more than willing to share this with me because she knew I would laugh and because I always dress ‘different’. Her comment to the lady, who was obviously offended by what I was wearing, was “That’s just Linda”. Yes, that is very true. The uniqueness of this story isn’t about my wardrobe, it’s about people, what they think of you and what you should do about it.

The physical world offers little to encourage you to be unique. You are taught from the beginning to fit in. The more you fit in, the more people will accept you and like you. Some of you have shown up here on Earth with your main lesson being to be ‘different’. So, you try to fit in, look and act like you belong, only to be uncomfortable in your own skin. You know who I’m talking about……….the world can be a very interesting place for those lessons. It is your ego that wants to fit in, and it is the ego of the other person that keeps them offended by what you wear, or who you are. In my case, it did not suit me to dress and think like others. I was different in mind, body and soul. However, it was a long journey to reach the place where I did not give a shit about what other people think, and could just be me. There are children showing up on the planet now, stepping out of the shadows and declaring their difference. Just the fact that there is a ‘bathroom issue’ these days speaks volumes about their mission and the impact their lives will have.

You’re In Charge!!

The main thing I learned growing up was how to survive. I didn’t learn about love, or nutrition. I didn’t learn that I was important, or valuable. As a matter of fact, I was taught that my opinion meant very little, and so did I. So, for the most formative years of my life, I learned to survive physical and emotional abuse, and to keep my mouth shut. Surviving is not living. Those of you who came from a childhood of dysfunction know what I mean. What actually happens to us under those circumstances is that ego steps in, and you, as a person, whether aware of it or not are always ‘on’ in your survival mode. There are a variety of ‘survival’ modes that the ego can take on. Here are a few;…..emotionally checking out, being compulsively good or bad, always apologizing whether its your fault or not, being an overachiever, over doing for people, feeling responsible even if your not, becoming a caregiver, being a comedian, a constant need for attention, whether positive or negative, needing to always be right, getting sick when you feel you can’t handle things, being a narcissist………and the list goes on and on. The ego, when in survival mode, will do what it takes to ‘protect’ you from forces seen or unseen. This mode of living is learned behavior and even though it got you through childhood, the ego does not know when to stop being in ‘survival’ mode. So these learned behaviors go with you into adulthood and become the way you respond to life. It literally becomes your ‘normal’ way of living. So, the best means of survival is to be very, very, afraid of people, things and circumstances, thanks to your overactive ego.

Welcome to Earth, Spiritual Being.

The problem we have now is that this high frequency is real, and it is about love and integrity. It is bringing to the surface all the things you need to let go of, so you can actually have peace and happiness. All those survival mechanisms that hold you back need to go. The old ways of living that you learned as a child, those old survival mechanisms do not work in this high frequency. People are feeling the pressure to go inward, to release, and step into self love, which makes ego very unhappy and makes the human very afraid. It’s time for you to clear your shit, which somehow always comes up, over and over again, like a weird conspiracy. You know what I’m talking about.  Well, that’s what’s happening out there, to you, and certainly people you know, and most are struggling against it. It is called “In Your Face Productions” and the CCCC aka “Cosmic Coincidence Control Center”…..(thank you to Alan Cohen for those titles). Basically, your shit is hitting the fan. Whatever you need to deal with is an irritation and circumstances, the CCCC, have put what you need to deal with in front of your face, which will not go away till you heal the issue thanks to “In Your Face Productions”. Your ego survival mode needs to go and you and others are going to be pissed off, irritated and emotionally on the edge till you take care of your own shit!!!

The Divine Idea Now Comes to Pass

If you are open, as you get older, you can begin to understand things on a different, hopefully higher, spiritual level. Time has a way of teaching wisdom. All the experiences that have made up your life have come together to weave this magnificent tapestry that makes you, You. I live in this amazing world that I have manifested. This world I created through love, looks nothing like what I started out thinking it would be like, so many years ago. Things are always different when you first start out on your journey. Your thoughts about what you want and who you are, are creating your path, whether you realize it or not. Ignorance of how energy works does not get you off the hook, negative or positive you still create.The Soul comes to the planet, takes on a physical body and you have no memory of the spiritual being you actually are. Most of you, including myself, had no idea you were creating your path. The first thing you learn is the physical reality through ego. Which seems to be something that you need to struggle with, for nothing seems to work out the way you want. Most of you had not been taught the spiritual truths, me either. I did not know everything was energy and I was attracting to me exactly how I felt about my world and myself. The unfortunate part (or fortunate, depending on how you choose to see it) of that was, I did not see myself as the powerful Goddess, that I do now. I had no self esteem and felt that life was always a struggle…..and since our thoughts create, life, my journey, was always a struggle, as I believed it to be…….. Because, as I know now, it’s all an inside job. I got exactly what I expected.

So it’s interesting as I look back, who I was, compared to who I am now. The wisdom of understanding energy and how it works allows me to enjoy life and love, no matter what is going on out there in the physical world. Which is way different from most people. The world and your journey is set up to give you ‘aha’ moments. Your energy that you put out is meant to come back to you. This happens in ways most of you can’t see, realize or comprehend. Till one day, when circumstances have played out and you find yourself again, going through something so similar, so familiar…..you can actually hear yourself say, “why is this happening again”! BOOM!! Good job Human, there is a light on in that moment which creates understanding that comes from the very core of your being. Yes, the door for an ‘aha’ moment is opened. And just when you think you’ve got this. Just when you take that breathe and allow your shoulders to relax…..the Universe declares….”Okay now it’s time for you to get over this.” Then the new scenario begins to play out with another lesson and ‘aha’ moment you need to get. And so it is……….

I will be gone when this blog comes out. I am going to visit my daughter. She’s been sober for over 6 yrs. She has a great job and she just bought a house all on her own. She and I will celebrate her life, for it is also her birthday, as we shop for those things that make a house a home. I am in complete and total awe of her, the Angels, the Universe….. and this amazing journey called ‘my life’. I am the recipient of so much love, joy, and peace. So now you must excuse me as I wipe away the tears from my eyes and declare my gratitude to the Universe for all my good………many blessings!!

Ask and You Shall Receive!!!

Many years ago I was an insurance agent, I had all the licenses to sell all the different types of insurance, commercial, personal, medical and life. I actually managed the office I worked at. I was one of very few woman managers at that time. I was quite accomplished at what I did. It’s how I roll, after all I am OCD or COD, however you choose to phrase it, all be it, compulsive obsessive. I had been doing this job for quite a few years. I made over half our household income, had health insurance, 401K and 2 weeks vacation a year….hot dog!!!! One day my boss called, (those of us in the office would affectionately call him ‘god’), he wanted to congratulate me on the fine work I was doing and said “if you promise to stay till you’re 60 yrs old, we’ll build you a new office”.   I laughed for about 10 seconds, hung up the phone and threw up……. okay, maybe I didn’t throw up. However, his comment started me thinking, I was in my late 30’s at the time and could not imagine in a million years selling insurance till I was 60…….ugh! Then there was the ‘ah-ha’ moment, I said, “There must be more to life than this!”……….and everything changed, and I do mean everything……..
Oh, make no mistake the Universe, Angels, Source, whatever you choose to call ‘IT’, love it when you make that statement. The answer is always, always, always….. a huge resounding, “YES”. Of course there is more to life than sitting in an office with only 2 weeks off a year…..(for some this may be a dream job, and I love and respect you for that!)…….My heart needed more. My soul had a calling. Who knew????? I sure didn’t. I just knew I wasn’t happy. The journey is all described in my book, ‘8 Keys:A Special Delivery Message from the Angels’. By the way, the 8 Keys is the answer to everything…….
You are spiritual being who made a choice to take on a physical body and come to this planet to make your journey. The journey is to become enlightened. Enlightened means, you know who you are and that you are connected to the most powerful energy in the Universe and can have anything you want. Cool, right???  When you arrive you forget who you are. Therefore you need the ‘journey’, to get back to knowing. So why don’t more people get ‘enlightened’? Ego, some people would like to blame an entity called ‘devil’, but really it’s you, and your ego, that keep you from being enlightened. Many of you do not understand that, so let’s get clear; it’s all you. You’re afraid. You feel you don’t deserve. You’re pissed things don’t go your way. You blame everything or anyone for your lot in life. You have unbelievable beliefs, that have absolutely no basis in fact, and then wonder why things don’t work out for you. You join churches, political groups, read stuff, go places ( mostly to get away from yourself and then find when the dust settles, there you are), and blame other people. You’re still harboring self loathing as you try to create a normal life, and you can’t seem to get yourself above water, while you continue to blame and hate others…….How’s that working???? So many of you blamed immigrants, for stealing your jobs, and now we have a shortage of workers in the vegetable and fruit farms. Look it up. Many of you blame Muslims for being terrorists, when the majority are peace loving people. Look it up. Many of you have chosen to hate gay, lesbian or transgender people and believe it or not, they are not out to get you…..Believe me, you are not the one they want in their lives. You are exposed to all this shit because your energy attracts it to you. The more you hate, the more you will find to hate. Get it Human. It’s energy, and it’s all you. You do it. You bring the negativity to you and it will remain until you get out of the box. The box contains the masses. In with the masses is where ‘the powers that be’ want you to be. Because when you hate yourself, which by the way, is why you hate others, duh…. you are easy to control. It’s all you……I know you are miserable and it’s time to wake up……..Only you can save you. Your misery and unhappiness are inside of you, and only you can release that energy of ego that controls your life. It’s time to quit being the ‘victim’. Get down off the cross, and become the spiritual human you were meant to be.
At the time I made the statement, ‘there must be more to life’, I knew nothing about spirituality or enlightenment. I did not know that everything was energy, and that my thoughts created my life. As a matter of fact, I was a very depressed and negative person. This was what I was taught as a child from my bipolar mother and my sexually abusive father, negativity.  All of the above was describing me. I am now 63 yrs young and I am enlightened. I am joyful, happy, and very healthy. I understand who I am, and everything I ask for I get, because my thoughts create. It’s energy, there can be no other way. What you know to be true is true in your life. You may think your life sucks, and I am sure that is true for you, because it’s your energy, and that is how energy works.
Nothing outside of you makes you miserable. Nothing outside of you can save you. God does not zap you and suddenly you are okay. The Universe can only give you what you are open to receive. You can only change when you change your thoughts. Then you must be ready to follow the signs and signals that are given to you daily. Many of you call these coincidences. But somewhere inside yourself, maybe, you have said; ‘I deserve more’ or ‘there must be more to life than this’……..Follow the trail. Start by saying thank you, every single day. Allow yourself to believe, trust, detach, and embrace love. Those are the first 4 keys in the 8 keys, wow……now Human, keep going……..
Welcome to Earth….it is not near as complicated as your ego would have you believe.
