Years ago ‘enlightenment’ came into my life, which was what I consider the official beginning of my spiritual journey. In simple terms, I was realizing how much of my energy was spent on negativity. Well, it was a lot, most of my energy was spent on negativity. That awareness was life changing, I was able to see myself as the creator of the ‘crap’ in my life. I made me miserable. I was sending out negativity and the Universe could only send me back like and same. I could see, for brief moments at first, exactly how powerful I was, but it took years to really step into that kind of unlimited power. However, no matter how much time passes, it’s all about the journey. Stumble, fall, succeed, or fail, it’s the journey and what you do with all those ‘mistakes’.  The lesson is to find you and understand who you really are. All the good, bad, and the ugly about yourself. Learning to accept yourself without needing to be perfect, but actually understanding that you are perfect, just as you are. It’s all about energy.

That infinite energy that holds the planets in place and flows through you, whatever you choose to believe it to be, or whatever you choose to call it, really, has  no bearing on what ‘It’ actually is. It’s Energy. Call it Angels, God/dess, Source, Universe, George, it doesn’t matter. There is no big, white, patriarchal god watching your every move, making his list and checking it twice, oops, sorry, that’s the other white guy. There is no father god figure that passes judgement, gets jealous, thinks you’re a sinner that needs saving even though, supposedly, he created you. It’s described as some pissed off old white guy that you hope may some day find mercy and blessings for you. That’s not only bizarre but complicated, too. With all the dogma out there, all religions claiming their supremacy, it’s a little tricky maneuvering through what is actually true.

Here’s what I know, not just believe, but know…..the Energy of the Universe is not complicated, it’s not difficult, it’s not judgmental, it does not make you follow a dogma or make you feel guilty if you do not honor a set of rules. It does not save you. As a matter of fact, the Energy of the Universe is you.The energy is in every single one of your cells, it’s your soul. You are pure spiritual energy, encapsulated in a physical body so you can experience yourself as unlimited in a physical world. Now, doesn’t that sound like fun!? Doesn’t that sound downright simple and easy!? Of course it does, because the Universe is love, plain and simple, and so are you.

Society will not teach you this, that is your journey, your choice. You, through ego can make this god as big and nasty as you want him to be. You can make life as miserable as you choose. It’s your journey, it’s your despair or it’s your happiness. No one or nothing controls your life, it’s all you. When you change your thoughts your life will change. It’s energy, that is how it works. You can believe it or not but it’s energy, that’s how energy works, wow, I’m repeating myself! You can choose to not believe in gravity but if you jump off a building, Human, you’re going down…..believe it or not.

Geez, it really is that simple.

So what are you going to do, whine, moan, groan, complain and of course be offended? It is the in thing, everyone is looking for a reason to be offended. Well, this ought to get you thinking. I reside in the highest frequency available, which is love, joy, peace. Everything I ask for I get, everything I need comes to me, it’s not complicated, it’s the way life is supposed to be. The only difference between you and me is I know that is true and you do not. I am in constant awe of how quickly and efficiently the Universe responds creating synchronicity to put me in the right place at the right time to take care of whatever needs to be taken care of…….Seriously, the gifts of Spiritual Energy are love, joy, peace and when you reside there, the physical manifestation of that energy is prosperity, health and perfect divine self expression.

Geez, it really is that simple.

Okay, I admit there is ego and physical world shit to deal with. Seeing your world through ego, using just your physical eyes as truth, can be tricky to let go of. But let go of it you must!! You cannot reside in the highest frequency available with low self esteem, shame, guilt, anger, fear…..etc……you can’t. When you decide you’re ready, be prepared to have all your emotional baggage to be right in front of your face.  All negativity must be brought to the surface to be cleansed and  released. Yes, it sucks, yes, it’s uncomfortable, just quit whining, it’s a small price to pay for being unlimited……
